The Schedule
All meals: Bring your own plates, utensils and drinks from your cabin, plus folding chairs and so forth. In fact, we usually just leave our chairs out in the gathering area all week. Everyone is responsible for clean up. Get-R-Done!
Monday 7pm at River Haven: Pot Luck
Each cabin/family will prepare a main dish AND a side dish (or dessert). Aim to feed yourselves PLUS 1. If you have MORE than 4 in your family, bring another side dish please. Bring necessary condiments/serving utensils for your dishes, and of course be sure to retrieve these after the meal is over.
Wednesday 8pm at River Haven: Dessert Social. We'll sing the
Leakey anthem reverently, and eat some not-so-heart-healthy treats!
Everyone who has an ice cream freezer, please bring a freezer of ice cream - any flavor! Don't forget serving utensils!
If you don't have an ice cream freezer, bring store-bought or another dessert.
Friday 7pm at River Haven: Pot Luck
Same as Monday above :-)
Saturday night: To be announced Friday evening: Wonderfult leftovers, and a pinch of Pot Luck. Some people do go home in the late
afternoon, but most stay!
You are on your own for ALL other meals, including Wednesday dinner (save room for dessert though!)
