When it is your night to serve, EVERYONE in your group must clean up. Responsibilities include:

• Wipe down the tables, make sure nothing sits out overnight.

• Wrap the leftovers for storage. (Wrapping and storage materials will be provided.)

• Find a location to store the food. If you do not have enough room in your cabin or your refrigerator, you are encouraged to contact a neighbor and share his or her refrigerator.

• Refrigerate or freeze items as necessary.
